Klauzula informacyjna
Informuję, że prowadząc kancelarię pod firmą Adwokat Agnieszka Wydmańska
Kancelaria Adwokacka, jestem administratorem następujących Pani/Pana danych
osobowych: imienia, nazwiska, adresu, danych kontaktowych (telefonu, adresu e-
mail), stanowiska służbowego oraz innych danych, które znajdują się w Pani/Pana
wiadomościach kierowanych do mnie. Dane te będą przetwarzane przeze mnie
w celach związanych z prowadzoną przeze mnie działalnością, czyli w celu
należytego świadczenia pomocy prawnej klientom kancelarii lub w celu zapewnienia
możliwości działania prowadzonej przeze mnie kancelarii, co stanowi uzasadniony
interes administratora danych, zatem przetwarzanie to będzie odbywać się
na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f) ogólnego rozporządzenia o ochronie danych (RODO).
Przysługuje Pani/Panu prawo do żądania dostępu do Pani/Pana danych osobowych,
ich sprostowania, usunięcia lub ograniczenia przetwarzania, a także prawo
do wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania. Przysługuje Pani/Panu również prawo
do wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego w związku z przetwarzaniem danych
osobowych. Ponadto w przypadku, jeśli dane osobowe będą przetwarzane w celu
prawidłowego świadczenia pomocy prawnej klientom mojej kancelarii, przetwarzanie
to jest uzasadnione, ponieważ jest konieczne dla ochrony żywotnych interesów
klientów związanych z ustaleniem, dochodzeniem lub obroną praw i roszczeń, czyli
będzie dokonywane na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. d), art. 9 ust. 2 lit. c) lub art. 9 ust. 2
lit. f) (RODO). W tym przypadku nie przysługuje Pani/Panu prawo do żądania
usunięcia danych oraz do wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania.
Jeśli dane są przetwarzane w związku ze świadczoną przeze mnie pomocą prawną,
będą przechowywane do czasu zakończenia jej udzielania. Jeśli natomiast są
przetwarzane w celu zapewnienia możliwości działania kancelarii, będą one
przetwarzane przez okres, w którym przeze mnie lub inną stronę mogą być
zgłaszane jakiekolwiek roszczenia związane z celem, w którym dane były
przetwarzane.
Odbiorcami Pani/Pana danych osobowych mogą być moim współpracownicy, klienci,
podmioty świadczące na moją rzecz usługi księgowe, kadrowe lub informatyczne,
banki obsługujące moją kancelarię lub dostawcy oprogramowania, z którego
korzystam. Pani/Pana dane zostały pozyskane bezpośrednio od Pani/Pana,
ze źródeł powszechnie dostępnych lub od klientów mojej kancelarii. Preferowany
kontakt z administratorem danych osobowych następuje za pośrednictwem poczty
elektronicznej pod adresem: agnieszka@wydmanska.pl

Information clause
I would like to inform you that, while running my law firm under the name of Attorney
Agnieszka Wydmanska Kancelaria Adwokacka, I am the administrator of the
following your personal data: name, surname, address, contact details (telephone, e-

mail address), official position and other data which are included in your messages
addressed to me. These data will be processed by me for purposes related to my
business, i.e. to duly provide legal assistance to the law firm's clients or to ensure the
operation of the law firm I run, which is a legitimate interest of the data controller, so
the processing will take place on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data
Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to request access to, rectification,
erasure or restriction of processing of your personal data, as well as the right to
object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory
authority in connection with the processing of your personal data. In addition, in case
your personal data will be processed in order to properly provide legal assistance to
clients of my law firm, the processing is justified because it is necessary to protect the
vital interests of clients related to the establishment, assertion or defense of rights
and claims, i.e. it will be done on the basis of Article 6(1)(d), Article 9(2)(c) or Article
9(2)(f) (RODO). In this case, you do not have the right to request deletion of data and
to object to processing.
If the data are processed in connection with the legal assistance I provide, they will
be kept until the legal assistance is completed. If, on the other hand, they are
processed to ensure the law firm's ability to operate, they will be processed for the
period during which any claims may be made by me or any other party in connection
with the purpose for which the data were processed.
Recipients of your personal data may be my associates, clients, entities providing
accounting, human resources or IT services to me, banks serving my law firm or
providers of software I use. Your data was obtained directly from you, from publicly
available sources or from clients of my law firm. Your preferred contact with the data
